Your voice notes stay on your device via Memory Vault™ and never reach our servers. If you ever opt into a research study, only an anonymous identifier is shared — never your name or other personally identifiable information, and you can withdraw that consent at any time with no effect on your account or pricing. Before any cancellation is finalized, we'll offer you a one-month pause instead — your rate and your data both stay intact. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation so you can export it any time during that window; after that, it's permanently deleted. Your two-week trial buy-in itself is final and non-refundable once completed — but nothing stops you from pausing or returning later under the terms above.
At the end of your 24-month Pioneer rate lock, your plan simply rolls over to standard public pricing — you'll get a 30-day advance notice before that happens, with no surprises.
Only 100 spots total — 60 for GROW, 40 for FLOW. Once they're filled, new applicants join the general waitlist instead.
