Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account and use FLASHYAF™.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid subscriptions auto-renew on the same calendar day each month unless cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. FLASHYAF™ never stores your payment card information.
• Existing subscribers receive advance notice before any pricing change and may cancel before it takes effect, without penalty.

Pioneer Member program

Pioneer Member status is reserved for members who complete the Pioneer Member discounted-rate buy-in. Unfilled Pioneer spots sunset at the public launch date. Pioneer pricing is locked for exactly 24 calendar months from the public launch date only — it is not a lifetime rate, and is not tied to your individual signup date.

Intellectual property

All proprietary system names associated with FLASHYAF™ are the exclusive property of BROWNWORKS4U2™ LLC.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
